3. Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 — consent required

With your consent, Reaigent uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, measure performance, diagnose technical issues and improve the visitor experience. Google Analytics remains disabled unless you accept the Statistics category.

The information collected may include pages visited, interactions, referral information, approximate geographic region, browser and device information, and performance measurements.

Reaigent uses Google's Basic Consent Mode. The Google Analytics tag is blocked and no analytics data is transmitted to Google before you consent to the Statistics category. Only analytics storage is enabled after consent; advertising-storage, advertising-user-data and advertising-personalisation permissions remain denied. Google Analytics advertising features, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

The analytics-cookie expiry is measured from when the cookie is first set and is not extended on later visits. The Google Analytics option that resets user-data retention on new activity is disabled.

4. Consent and your choices

Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the website where they are required to provide a feature you explicitly request.

Optional analytics remain disabled unless you make an affirmative choice to accept them. Closing or ignoring the consent notice is not consent. Accepting and rejecting optional analytics are presented as equally accessible choices, and either choice is remembered for 6 months.

You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences. When you withdraw consent, Reaigent stops future optional analytics, deletes optional first-party analytics cookies under its control and stores your rejection for 6 months so that optional analytics remain disabled.

You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting the consent preference removes the saved choice, so the website will ask again; optional analytics remain disabled unless you provide new consent.

Deleting the necessary anonymous-session cookie prevents the browser from reconnecting to the associated session. It does not immediately delete the conversation, uploaded files or other information held on the server. Those are deleted separately in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the AI assistant, file uploads or booking features from functioning correctly.
